Current members and lifetime members: You are encouraged to create a website login by filling in the membership application below before registering for the symposium. Check the box that says "I will send payment by check" and we will adjust your account accordingly.

	Lifetime - $ 400.00
	Subscribing Lifetime - $ 100.00 Lifetime Membership with quarterly payments. $100 is due every 3 months after the initial payment. Total amount is $400. Full amount must be paid within one year of first payment to obtain Lifetime Membership.

	Civilian - $ 30.00
	O1 - O2 - $ 15.00
	Warrant Officer - $ 15.00
	E1 - E9 - $ 15.00
	Officer Candidate - $ 15.00 Officer Candidates, Cadets and Midshipmen
	(Your initial membership fee will be processed once you complete the confirmation step. You will be able to cancel automatic renewals at any time by logging in to your account or contacting us.)
