Department of Navy will have a Hispanic heritage celebration, which will take place on Thursday November 6, 2008, starting at 10am, in Arlington (Crystal City), VA.  They plan to display various Hispanic cultures, along with  entertainment from a Hispanic music group, and sample Hispanic foods.  Need a guest to talk to an audience of approximately 100 to 150 people related to this year’s theme: Getting Involved:  Our Families, Our Community, Our Nation."
