ANSO Coast Guard Service Representative, LT Richard Angelet, was honored as a Luminary Award winner at this year's HENAAC Conference in Houston, Texas. This year's Luminaries represent top professionals in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Each honoree is recognized for his/her contributions to the Hispanic technical community as a leader and role model. This year, the largest Luminary class was recognized, with 29 extraordinary Hispanic engineers and scientists from corporate, government, and military sectors.
