- Senior Flag Officer panels that include question and answer periods
- Speeches from senior human resources personnel and leaders in government
- Networking with leaders in Military, Government and Industry
- Conducting break-out sessions to develop strategies to engage our communities and center's of influence, to inform our youth about the great opportunities available to them while "Serving" in our Sea Services
- Establishing professional support networks
