NOTE: The Admiral Kidd Catering and Conference Center is located at Naval Fleet Anti-submarine Warfare Base (FASW) on Harbor Drive. Naval Base Point Loma is approximately 3-4 miles from the conference center location. Shuttle bus transportation to the conference will be provided to those billeted at Naval Base Point Loma.

For billeting reservations at the Admiral Kidd Inn (approx 3 min walk to conference): Go to http://dodlodging.net and click on "Point Loma FASWTC" in the Navy scroll down.

Deadline for reservations is midnight on 20 April 2009. After that, the service member will have to individually call Admiral Kidd Inn directly at 1-877-628-9233 x 268 or billeting at the Sub Base at 1-877-628-9233 x 764 in order to make reservations.

NOTE: SERVICE MEMBERS FINANCIALLY SPONSORED BY THEIR BRANCH DIVERSITY OFFICES MUST RSVP EARLY IN ORDER TO OBTAIN A ROOM AT GOVT BILLETING.

If lodging at the Admiral Kidd Inn and Sub Base Point Loma are full, the service member must obtain a "non-availability" chit from the establishment in order to be reimbursed for lodging outside the base. Be sure to bring your orders to show the establishments and civilian hotels (the civilian hotels will waive taxes if orders are shown).
