The prices listed are for EARLY registration and MUST be paid before 22 April 2011. If you register prior to the date, but do not pay until you are at the door or after the date, you will be charged the late fee price. Prices will increase on 23 April 2011.

Lunch and meals for the spousal workshop are not included during the workshop and the convention. To attend these functions, spouses must purchase their meals separately.
