2010 National Organization for Mexican American Rights (NOMAR) Meritorious Service Award Winners.

The NOMAR approved nine Department of Defence nominees (military and civilian pesonnel) to receive its annual Meritorious Service Award.  This year's recipients demonstrated role model qualities and core values in executing their respective department's mission; and they made noteworthy efforts in advancing opportunities for a diverse American populace.
